Hanjin Shipping

20th October 2016

As you are all aware, the Hanjin Shipping administration issues continue, although most vessels have now completed their voyages and most cargoes have been released and delivered.

Hanjin recently issued a notice concerning rehabilitation claims.

We now need to turn our attention to any outstanding claims that have been made against members.  Despite calls within previous news announcements issued by this office, and with the exception of Portocargo Portugal, I have not been made aware of any issues or claims from any other members concerning goods under Far East Cargo Line bills of lading attached to Hanjin Shipping vessels.
